With 14+ years of pricing experience, Mateusz combines the perspectives of both a strategic consultant and an industry practitioner. Over the course of his career as an in-house pricing professional, Mateusz progressed from an Assistant role through Analyst and Manager positions to become Global Pricing Director. He established pricing functions from scratch for some of the largest privately owned companies in Central & Eastern Europe. His commitment to promoting the Value Monetisation philosophy was recognized by the global pricing community when he received The Pricing Award in 2025.
