With more than 15 years’ experience in pricing, she has developed transformational pricing strategies, built and led high-performing teams, and delivered successful organisational change. Christina has also led the design and implementation of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions across multiple organisations. She is passionate about using automation and continuous improvement to simplify the customer journey, strengthen commercial performance and deliver sustainable outcomes.
